INTERIOR DESIGN FIT Students

  • INTERIOR DESIGN FIT Students
  • Frame Work was designed by Interior Design faculty member, Suzanne Lettieri and her
    partner Michael Jefferson (JE-LE).
Frame Work was originally exhibited at the 2019 International Contemporary Furniture
Fair as a system to showcase FIT alumni and student work. Now, the unifying surface
treatment brings together disparate objects, designed by first semester Interior Design
students, while framing other artist’s work within the space.

Spatial Expression is the first project for the first semester Interior Design studio.
Students develop a three dimensional space based on the analysis of two dimensional
imagery. The final models infill a virtual 20 x 20 x 20 inch volume and are constructed
    from a range of materials.
